We would like to finally start collecting photos for our 10th anniversary exhibition. We hope we can create something more than just an exhibition, maybe a photo album, calendar, fotocast or slideshow. The purpose is to present your photos offline and to reach more people.

So, at the first stage of selecting photos we are waiting for your favourite ones. Please choose your 5 best photos (published on orthphoto) and send them to us by email.


You need to:
- send them to this address: photos@orthphoto.net
- do it before 12th of April 2015
- photo quality and size should be at least 300dpi, 20x30 cm (try to send photos as big as possible)
- single email can not be bigger than 25MB
- photo title should be the same as the id number from orthphoto
For example:
link to photo http://www.orthphoto.net/photo.php?id=1135 id photos is 1135 (id=1135)

In the email body you need to write information which will be presented on the exhibition, so beside the photo number (id from orthphoto) please give:
-author’s name
-orthphoto login
-author’s nationality
-country where the photo was taken
-title of the photo


Finally, you should specify the copyrights, for example:
1. I allow the photo to be used solely for the purpose of this exhibition
2. user and orthphoto hold copyright (which means orthphoto editorial team will be able to allow to use the photo for organizations approved by editorial team and visible on partnership list)
3. anyone can use the photo (just need to inform user about how photo was used)
4. anyone can use the photo (without information)
5. anyone can use or edit the photo

If you chose no. 1, permission to use you photo only for the exhibition, please tell us if you agree for the photo to be used in other additional productions which make exhibition more attractive or allow as to collect money for website development or future exhibitions. So under photorights add more information about granting us rights for use this photo: also for the album that we hope to print after the exhibition, for a calendar, fotocast/slideshow, selling prints during openings. Write only things which you accept (please consult the example below).
