Такие пятна - артефакты съемки цифровой не зеркальной камерой, недостаток дешевой оптики. Пылинки в воздухе дают такие блики. У меня много снимков было с такими пятнами...

One is : a reflection from the camera lenses and the number of concentric circles coincides with the number of the lenses.Another one is:You can often see the spots like that at the shots taken at the places where they pray a lot and such spots are ...(compressed energy,angels and so on. I am very skeptical of the explanation, but once before I saw such a dot (concentric spot) on a photograph and the photographer, who was a very religious person (although not Orthodox) insisted that it was how the presence of an angel sometimes showed up in a photo.
