On Orthphoto, the person who post a photo is supposed to be the auhtor. If you really want to share someone else photo, it's good to mention it in description and block evaluation. But still, normally, a user must post only his own photos.
I agree with Tanjica (perovict) concerning image, it losts natural appearence with this effect.

I have the same feeling like you zakgil and if it is true in my humble opinion I prefer to see this photo without this upper part which is distractinct photo.
esspecially thata intensive blue color.

Fr. Vinogradov designed the chapel using natural woods and coloring. The icon above the entrance of The Three Holy Hierarchs is of course painted. The inside is all natural wood colors. You must visit!
