After all, in the process of adjusting the size of the photo to the screen, the images (at least some) become somewhat blurry, and look worse than when viewed on a computer, in the original. This can be seen if the same photo is compared to the version on Wikimedia Commons - example:https://www.orthphoto.net/photo.php?id=126704&id_jezyk=4

|The photos may not have been enlarged, it seemed to depend on the browser settings, and was seen differently in different browsers. However, the fact that photos, especially vertical ones, cannot be seen whole on the screen is true, and that should be corrected.|

|Regards to all. I noticed that the display of photos on the site has deteriorated a lot lately, and that the photos are not visible well. Vertical photos are dimensioned in width, and must be scrolled to see the whole photo, which does not allow the whole photo to be seen at all. Photos that are uploaded in a smaller size (just to fit on the screen) are enlarged again, so they turn out to be useless, and look much worse than when viewed on a computer. Horizontal photos don't fit in full screen either, and must be scrolled. Images should never be enlarged but displayed as they are sent if they are smaller than the screen. It works that way for old photos, but not for newer ones. When the images are adjusted to the screen size, it should be made so that the whole photo is visible on the screen. In addition, if this is not fixed, then it should be possible to update the images in a larger size, because when the smaller images are enlarged, they look very bad.|

I think png format is not the best for photography and websites.
If we speak about not loosing quality with photography TIFF is suggested.
Maybe we need to increase limits so you can save in jpg format with bigger quality ?

Очень хорошо было бы сделать возможность добавления фотографий в .png формате. При переводе в .jpg много качества теряется.
Will it be possible to add PNG photos on the site?
