Sorry! Melody and rhythm are the same as in traditinal orthodox cantries (it's GREEK Orthodox Patriarchate of Alexandria and All Africa). They're using lokal languages (Liturgy is translated for 18 languages ut there are 42 of them in Kenya). They have of course local traditions, diferent then ours, for example drums in churches...
