Dear Alik,
I was just referring to the rule ONE ALTAR TABLE - ONE LITURGY AT ONE DAY..
But obviously this church has at least two altars, and I just heard that this practice takes place also here in USA when they serve for different languague speaking parish, they bring another altar table and antimins (antimension -holy piece of cloth with the Christ entombment.)
And like Lekovicl pointed, there's another challenge to overcome in the modern time church (like more than 1 bishop per territory..)

Alik strictly by the rules it should be only one orthodox parish in one territory. In real life it is many different Churchs for different nations but it is not how Church should be build, becouse Church should be same for every man and it should only one. It is very obvious in North America and everybody agree that it is problem but nobody see solution for this problem. :o) I have not answer on your question but I think that it is very conected with my comment.

hmm, I know many churches were there are liturgies going on almost at the same time not only in Switzerland.
In this place there is couple parishes so in church upper liturgy starts at 10.30 and downstairs liturgy starts 10.00. Could you tell me more about this rule?

Thanks for bringing those unusual photos. But tell us: what does it mean (upstairs/downstairs)? I just hope they dont serve it at the SAME TIME! - it would be against all The Great Councils of Orthodoxy...
